Building on these strengths, Haley founded Ivory Rose in 2011, marking the beginning of an inspiring journey. Her artistry and technical mastery are backed by 25 years of experience as a hairdresser, a Danger Jones Australia Educator, and respected brand ambassador.

Experience and Expertise
Haley embarked on her career in 2000, starting a four-year apprenticeship with Matisse Hair, which later merged into Art Hair Studios. Her dedication and talent were quickly recognised, earning her the Apprentice of the Year award in 2002 and 2003.
In 2005, she travelled through Europe, gaining inspiration and expanding her artistic vision.
Haley spent 14 years with Art Hair Studios, where she became the Salon Apprentice Trainer, leading in-salon training programs to prepare apprentices for client work and guiding them to achieve award-winning competition entries.
As part of her ongoing professional development, she became a Kérastase Salon Ambassador and completed extensive L’Oréal Colour Keys technical training, including L’Oréal Trainer Training.
In 2010 and 2013, Haley welcomed her children, and in 2011, she founded Ivory Rose Bridal Hair, specialising in bridal styling.
By 2013, she transitioned to a sole trader, launching Ivory Rose and establishing her home studio space, where she could fully immerse herself in her passion for colour.
Her love for vivid hair began in 2015, as the trend gained momentum in the U.S. Her first vivid hair creation was recognised and shared by her hair idol, Rebecca Taylor.
Haley’s expertise in colour education led her to become an Educator for Fanola Australia in 2016, where she conducted technical education sessions in Melbourne, including her own Creative Toner Workshop.
In 2017, she expanded her product expertise by taking on the MUK brand. She also explored fashion and lifestyle branding, designing her own designer scarves in 2018 and launching her candle range in 2020.
Her industry recognition continued, serving as a Colortrak Australia Ambassador from 2020 to 2022.
Currently, Haley is a Danger Jones Australia Educator for 2024/2025, continuing to share her expertise in vivid hair artistry.
Over the years, she has worked with a wide range of vivid hair colour brands, including L’Oréal, Fanola, Pravana, Pulp Riot, MUK, and Danger Jones, constantly refining her skills and pushing creative boundaries.
